Adding pictures here is pretty much the same as anywhere else.

Scroll down to where it says... Upload Attachment (next to options), and click on that.

Click on Browse and find the picture you want on your harddrive.

Click on Add File, you will then see it under posted attachments. You can then add a comment about the picture, if you wish.

If you want it to be in the email, click on "place inline"

You can cut and paste to put it anywhere in the email message.

If you want to make sure it's the right picture before you send it, click on "preview", if it's okay, click on Submit.
